This form is achieved after Majin Buu absorbs South kaioshien. He is 2x stronger and bigger muscles.
Fat Buu:
He takes this form after absorbing the fatest of the Kiao's, Kia Kaioshin. He eats more, the only bad thing is he is nicer and more power is held back.
